The kidneys and lungs are very connected. Kidneys hold our faith. Our health is tied to our beliefs and our faith!

If kidneys store our will to live, our desire to live. Without our kidneys health our lungs will begin to perish. They need that will to breath life, and in the opposite direction the lungs breath life into the kidneys for them to feel supported, regulated and energetic. When we get sick both our lungs and kidneys reveal the parts of us needing more love.

Creating resilience — freeing yourself from shame. Detaching from the fear that creates harm in the physical relem. Witnessing the collective wave of addiction. And intentionally building and learning to tune into your own sense of being. To feel contented and whole by the earth, by the divine, by love
