About me
Roya Bahiyyih Abdi is an intuitive bodyworker, community weaver, and land lover rooted in healing traditions of care, presence, and connection. A graduate of the Vancouver School of Healing Arts, she has trained in multiple massage modalities and is especially known for her grounded energy, calming touch, and ability to create a safe space for deep release.

Roya’s work goes beyond technique—each session is a ceremony of listening, supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner regulation and body wisdom. She’s held sessions at events, in nature-based circles, and within community healing spaces, often integrating elements of breath, intention, and somatic awareness.

Her time living and offering bodywork in Hawai’i, volunteering at the Indigenous Garden at UBC Farm, and her ongoing involvement in ceremonial practice all inform her approach: gentle, intuitive, and deeply connected to the land.

Whether you're looking for physical relief or emotional grounding, Roya brings a presence of care that honours your whole being.
